- 2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 c. 7-Up
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.

2Add 7-Up.

3Drain pineapple and add to Jell-O mixture.

4Add marshmallows and bananas.

5Cool until firm.

6Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg.

7Cook until thick; add butter and spread on the Jell-O.
