Ingredients: 1 avocado; 16 oz. can refried beans; Miracle Whip; 1 pkg. taco seasoning; shredded Cheddar cheese; Louisiana hot sauce; 8 oz. sour cream; sliced mushrooms; sliced black olives; 1 medium tomato, diced; 3 chopped green onions

1 avocado
16 oz. can refried beans
Miracle Whip
1 pkg. taco seasoning
shredded Cheddar cheese
Louisiana hot sauce
8 oz. sour cream
sliced mushrooms
sliced black olives
1 medium tomato, diced
3 chopped green onions

Directions

Peel and pit avocado, mash and mix with 3 tablespoons of Miracle Whip, set aside.

Mix together sour cream, 1 cup of Miracle Whip and 1/2 package of taco seasoning.

Set aside.

On a large platter spread on avocado mix, refried beans, sour cream mix, Cheddar cheese, hot sauce, mushrooms, black olives, green onions and tomatoes.

Serve with tortilla chips, Fritos or Doritos.
