Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast (2 Tbsp.)
- 1 c. flour (all-purpose or bread)
- 2/3 c. dry powdered milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar or honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Stir yeast, flour, milk, sugar and salt together.

2Add margarine and water.

3Mix until smooth.

4Stir in 3 cups flour. Cover and let rise 15 minutes.

5Turn out on floured board; knead until it doesn't stick to hands.

6Pat or roll out to about 3/4-inch thickness.

7Cut with glass or biscuit cutter.

8Put on greased cookie sheet.

9Let rise 15 minutes.

10Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
