- 1 to 2 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 3 onions
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet, then saute onions, green peppers and celery in the butter for about 20 minutes.

2Add soups and seasonings, stirring until smooth, then add shrimp.

3Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes.

4Serve over rice.
