- 1 qt. or more string beans
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Fry diced bacon ends until brown and drain.

2Peel potatoes and dice; cook with at least 1 quart string beans until almost tender. Brown flour in a bit of bacon grease.

3Add bacon pieces and brown flour to the cooking beans and potatoes until it is the desired thickness for soup.
