- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Vidalia Onion, Chopped
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Mint
- 1 Tablespoon Basil
- 2- 1/4 cups Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 whole Zucchini Squash, Sliced
- 1/4 cups Egg Wash
- Olive Oil, For Drizzling
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 cup Butter, Sliced Into Small Pieces
- 1/4 cups Cold Water

1Directions for the dough: 1.

2Place the flour, cornmeal, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor, and pulse several times to combine.

3Add the butter, and process, until the mixture resembles coarse meal, about 10 seconds.

4With the machine running, pour the ice water through the feed tube in a slow, steady stream, until the dough just holds together (do not process for more than 30 seconds).

6Turn out dough onto a clean work surface.

7Divide in half, and place each half on a piece of plastic wrap.

8Flatten each to form a disk.

9Wrap, and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 1 day before using.

11In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, and saute the onions for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
