- 5 sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 2 fresh scallions
- 6 fresh dill sprigs
- 1/4 cup egg white
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Directions

1Chop onion, scallions, and dill sprigs.

2Heat the butter in a non-stick pan on medium heat.

3Sautee the mushrooms and yellow onion in the pan until soft.

4When mushrooms and onions are cooked to your taste, add the chopped scallions and chopped dill. Sautee for about 1 minute.

5Add egg whites and cook until you can see bits of egg in the mixture.
