Ingredients: 1 (17 oz.) can Pride of Illinois sweet corn; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 3/4 c. sugar; 3 eggs; 1 c. oil; 1/2 c. raisins; 1/2 c. chopped pecans; 2 1/2 c. flour; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. soda; 3 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. salt

1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°.

In large bowl, mix corn, brown sugar and white sugar.

Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Add oil; beat until well mixed.

Stir in raisins and pecans.

Mix together dry ingredients; add to liquid.

Stir until well blended.

Pour into greased tube pan and bake for 45 minutes or until tests done. Can be used with or without frosting.
