- 1 tbsp Organic Sugar
- 2 tsp hot chili flakes
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

1Place all dry ingredients into blender or coffee grinder.

2Grind down super fine.

3Place wet ingredients into sauce pot.

4Add blended, dry ingredients to wet mixture while stirring.

5Cook on low to medium heat while stirring until it reduces for 5-10 minutes or until desired thickness.

6Add to meats, tofu, etc for a simmer sauce.

7Can also be used as a spread for Naan bread or topped on Basmati rice.
