  • 2 cups rice, prepared
  • 1 lb ground turkey, cooked
  • 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 34 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon iodized salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Directions

    Cook the rice, set aside.

    Cook the Ground Turkey, add the rest of ingredients.

    Then add to the rice.

    Let simmer for about 15mins.
