  • chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle red Russian salad dressing
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Directions

    Dry chicken with paper towel.

    Mix other ingredients and dip pieces in to coat well.

    Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.

    Baste once or twice.
