- 6 slices bacon
- 6 green onions
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. frozen green peas, cooked
- dash of garlic powder
- 3 c. long grain rice, cooked
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add eggs and cook until done, but not dry.

3Cook bacon until crisp.

4Crumble.

5Reserve 2 tablespoons grease. Cook onion until tender. Stir in rice, soy sauce, eggs and bacon bits.
