- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 ginger
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 small carrot grated
- 1 cup chopped celery
- abalone cup Sliced canned
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add the ginger, onion, carrot and celery. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the abalone and salt to taste.

2Allow to heat and ladle into individual soup bowls.
