- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 3 c. figs or fig preserves
- 5 egg yolks, beaten (save whites)
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 2 c. walnuts
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 5 egg whites, beaten
Directions

1Cream butter and honey together before adding the figs and the beaten egg yolks.

2Stir until smooth.

3Add flour and yogurt, alternating.

4Add nuts, raisins and cinnamon.

5Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased cake pan and bake at 350° for 90 minutes. Serve with honey.
