Pantry Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. freshly chopped rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 4 pork rib chops, about 1 1/4 inch thick

Directions

    Whisk together all of the ingredients, except pork chops, to make a marinade.

    Pour the marinade into a large plastic resealable bag and add the chops.

    Press the air out of the bag and seal it tightly.

    Turn the bag several times to distribute the marinade.

    Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes for best flavor.

    Remove the chops from the marinade and grill over direct high heat for 10 minutes.

    Turn once halfway through grilling times.

    Remove from grill and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve with grill roasted peppers and zucchini, if desired.
