Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. freshly chopped rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 pork rib chops, about 1 1/4 inch thick
Directions

1Whisk together all of the ingredients, except pork chops, to make a marinade.

2Pour the marinade into a large plastic resealable bag and add the chops.

3Press the air out of the bag and seal it tightly.

4Turn the bag several times to distribute the marinade.

5Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes for best flavor.

6Remove the chops from the marinade and grill over direct high heat for 10 minutes.

7Turn once halfway through grilling times.

8Remove from grill and season with salt and pepper to taste.

9Serve with grill roasted peppers and zucchini, if desired.
