Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. rice (Minute)
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Roll beef into meatballs.

    Put meatballs into a pot and add enough water to just cover meatballs.

    Boil until done.

    Empty water and add new water, filling to middle of the pot.

    Add celery, onion and tomato sauce to meatballs and water.

    Boil until celery is done.

    Add spices.

    Cook 10 minutes more.

    Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese.
