- 1/2 c. rice (Minute)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Roll beef into meatballs.

2Put meatballs into a pot and add enough water to just cover meatballs.

3Boil until done.

4Empty water and add new water, filling to middle of the pot.

5Add celery, onion and tomato sauce to meatballs and water.

6Boil until celery is done.

7Add spices.

8Cook 10 minutes more.

9Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese.
