  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 lb salt fish bolied and flaked
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp celery finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chive finely chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 bunch thyme finely chopped
  • 1 oil for frying
  • 1 water
  • 1 hot pepper and salt to taste

    Chop chive, parsley, onion, celery, garlic and thyme

    Combine flour, baking powder, onion, garlic, and rest of the seasonings and salt fish

    Pour a little water at a time and mix ingredients until a soft batter is formed

    Dip a table spoon in a bowl of water before dipping in the batter.

    Scoop up a tabkespoon full of batter and drop into hot oil

    The battet slips very easily from spoon when dip it in the water.

    Repeat previous step

    Allow batter to fry until slightly golden on one sideand turn over till othet side is also slightly golden.

    Remove and drain on paper towel
