- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds.

2Turn squash upside down on oiled baking pan.

3Bake in oven at 400° for 30 minutes (or longer if larger squash).

4Turn upwards and place 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes more, or until done.
