- 1 Acorn Squash
- 2 tbs butter
- brown sugar
Directions

1Set oven to 350 degrees.

2Cut squash in half and clean out the insides.

3Into each empty half, add 1tbs butter and brown sugar to taste.

4(If the sides won't stand up straight, cut the nubs off the bottom.)

5Place the halves in a metal or glass baking pan with ~4in sides.

6Cover the bottom of the pan with ~1 inch of water.

7Cover loosely with tinfoil.

8Bake for 45min-1hour, or until squash is soft.

9Scoop squash out of the skin and mix in a bowl to serve.
