  • 2 or 3 acorn squash, cut in 1/2
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Remove seeds from squash; place cut side down in a shallow pan.

    Pour water in pan.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Turn up and fill with a mixture of remaining ingredients.

    Heat in center for 15 minutes.
