- 2 c. acorn squash
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Melt margarine in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

3Parboil squash in a small amount of water.

4Scoop pulp out. Place in a bowl; add remaining ingredients, except cinnamon.

5Mix well.

6Pour into baking dish.

7Sprinkle with cinnamon.

8Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
