- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- peppercorns
- salt
- pepper
- bay leaf
Directions

1Brown meat in garlic and onion until the moisture disappears. Pour in mixture of vinegar, shoyu, sugar and spices.

2Simmer about 10 minutes before turning meat.

3Turn meat and cook on slow heat for a couple hours.
