  • 4 boned and skinned chicken breasts (8 halves)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top stuffing mix

Directions

    Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch dish and top with cheese.

    Thin soup with water.

    Mix until smooth and pour over chicken.

    Mix stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle on top.

    Bake uncovered at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
