  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 5 to 8 peppercorns
  • 1 pinch m.s.g.
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • chopped onion

    Skin chicken; put in mixture.

    Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning chicken every 10 to 15 minutes.

    Serve with rice.

    (Use 3 to 4 good size pieces of chicken.)
