- 4 tablespoons Amaretto (or Frangelico)
- 1 12 cups coffee ice cream (or hazelnut)
- 8 tablespoons heavy cream, whipped
- 12 cup chocolate ganache, warmed
- 4 tablespoons toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Directions

1In the bottom of each tall dessert glass pour espresso and Amaretto.

2Place 3 scoops of ice cream into each glass.

3Pour the warm chocolate ganache over ice cream.

4Top with two heaping spoonfuls of whipped cream and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.

5Serve immediately.
