  • 3 cup mixed vegetables (carrot,french beans, capsicum, baby corn, tomato, broccoli etc)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions

    Heat oil in a non stick frying pan.

    Add mixed vegetables and salt.

    Stir fry for 5 min or until little tender.

    Add onion ,garlic, sweet corn and others.

    Cook until all vegetables are well cooked.

    Serve hot.
