- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 3/8 cups flour
- 4 2/3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups cornflakes or crushed weetbix
Directions

1Soften butter Add sugar and beat to a cream.

2Add flour and cocoa Add cornflakes last so as not to break them up too much.

3Put spoonfuls on a greased oven tray and bake about 15 minutes at 180 oC (350 F) When cold, ice with chocolate icing and put walnuts on top.
