  • 1/4 cup unsweetened carob chips
  • 1/8 teaspoon 100 percent pure mint oil. (spearmint, wintergreen, cinnamon)
  • Suggested garnishes: sliced almonds, chopped coconut or chopped peanuts

Directions

    In a small pan on medium heat, melt carob chips.

    Add mint oil.

    Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of melted carob and mint oil into bottom of confection candy cups.

    Chill 10 minutes.

    Keep refrigerated
