- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers/wafers crushed
- 3/4 cups butter melted
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups coconut, shredded (desiccated)
- 1 x crackers keebler to layer bottom of pan
- 1/2 cups butter melted
- 2 tablespoons water hot
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1In a saucepan, add 3/4 cups butter, brown sugar, milk and coconut flakes and place over medium-high heat.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 4 to 8 minutes until it thickens.

3Set aside to cool about 5 minutes.

4Layer bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with Keebler Club crackers.

5Spread the above mixture over the Keebler Club crackers.

6Place another layer of crackers over the mixture.

7FROSTING:

8Mix the frosting ingredients together (butter, water, powdered sugar and vanilla).

9Spread the frosting evenly over the contents of the pan.

10Store in cool place.
