Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil or fat
- 1 green pepper, finely cut
- 1 stalk celery, finely cut
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 lb. long thin spaghetti
Directions

1Brown beef in fat.

2When meat is almost done, add onion, green pepper and celery.

3Brown lightly.

4Add remaining ingredients, except spaghetti.

5Stir well.

6Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour or all day.

7Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve with a sauce.
