  • 20 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 pt. rum
  • 2 qt. brandy
  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 5 qt. cream or half and half
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Beat egg yolks well and gradually add sugar.

    Beat well again. Slowly add liquors and stir well.

    Keep cool at least overnight, up to 1 month!
