- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Maui onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. ahi, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 4 plum tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 3/4 c. fresh basil, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb. linguine
- 4 Tbsp. capers
- Italian parsley
Directions

1Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium/low heat.

2Add onions and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally (about 5 minutes).

3Add ahi, tomatoes, olives, basil and garlic; cook until ahi is opaque, stirring often, about 9 minutes.

4Meanwhile cook linguine in a large pot of boiling water.

5Drain well and put on warmed serving platter.

6Spoon ahi mixture over pasta.

7Garnish with capers and parsley.

8Serve immediately.
