  • 7 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix oatmeal, coconut, dates, wheat germ and sliced almonds in large bowl.

    Place salt, vanilla, oil, water and brown sugar in blender.

    Blend together until well mixed, then mix everything together in the large bowl.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
