- 7 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix oatmeal, coconut, dates, wheat germ and sliced almonds in large bowl.

2Place salt, vanilla, oil, water and brown sugar in blender.

3Blend together until well mixed, then mix everything together in the large bowl.

4Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
