  • 1 small box lemon pudding mix
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs (separate and beat whites stiff)
  • 1 (10 oz.) bottle Ale 8-1

Directions

    Put all ingredients except egg whites into large mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes.

    Fold beaten egg whites into batter.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes.
