  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

    Melt oleo over medium heat.

    Stir in flour.

    Blend well. Gradually stir half and half and bouillon cubes.

    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened slightly.

    Stir in Parmesan cheese and heat until just melted.

    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
