Ingredients

  • 5 garlic cloves, roasted
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 (50 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Put all ingredients in food processor except oil.

    Blend until smooth, drizzling oil into top of processor.

    Top with fresh parsley.
