Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. halved, ripe olives
  • 4 oz. uncooked noodles
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook and stir meat and onion, in a large skillet, until browned.

    Drain fat.

    Stir in corn (with liquid) and remaining ingredients.

    Heat mixture to boiling.

    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 30 minutes.
