- 1-1/2 gal. hot water (140F to 160F)
- 1-1/2 pkg. JELL-O Brand Assorted Red Sugar Free Gelatin
- 3 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 3 qt. fresh blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 3 qt. prepared sugar-free whipped topping
Directions

1Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.

2Pour 1/2 cup gelatin into each of 48 (8-oz.)

3parfait glasses (or into each of 8 parfait glasses for trial recipe).

4Refrigerate until firm.

5Combine fruit.

6Pipe about 1/4 cup whipped topping over gelatin in each glass; top with 1/2 cup fruit.
