  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. All Bran
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 cakes yeast (soften in 1 c. lukewarm water)
  • 6 c. flour

Directions

    Mix, stir, and cool shortening, water, sugar, All Bran and salt.

    Add eggs (beaten) yeast and flour; beat thoroughly.

    Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.

    Take out portions for rolls as needed.

    Bake at 350° until brown.
