  • 2 apples
  • 1 c. raisins/currants
  • 3 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt/mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider/juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. honey
