  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 7 2/3 tablespoons flour sifted
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
  • 3 1/8 tablespoons butter
  • 7/8 cup milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • powdered sugar

    Preheat oven to 410 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Cupcake Preparation:

    Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in double boiler with the butter.

    Mix until texture is smooth and uniform.

    Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, and whisk until mixture turns pale. Whisk in the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Add flour and cocoa powder.
