  • 4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. cane molasses
  • 4 Tbsp. brown rice syrup (found in health food stores)
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 6 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 4 cloves garlic pressed

Directions

    Use as marinade on meats and vegetables.

    Must use low salt (sodium) soy sauce or it will be too salty.
