  • 2 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • kosher salt

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, oregano, cinnamon and 1 1/2 tsp salt.

    Pat about 2 tablespoons into each pound of meat, fish or vegetables.

    For extra flavor, refrigerate for a few hours before cooking.
