- 2 c. sliced squash
- 2 c. sliced onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pkg. crumbled crackers
- 4 oz. grated cheese
- 1 c. water
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
Directions

1In a large skillet, steam squash and onions in butter and water, cover with a lid.

2When squash is done, remove skillet from heat. Crumble crackers over squash, then sprinkle cheese on top. Cover for five minutes to let steam melt cheese.
