Grilled Fish With Corn Salsa

- None None FOR THE CORN SALSA
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 7 oz green beans, coarsely chopped
- 4 None green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 None fresh long green chili pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- None None FOR THE FISH
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 4 None firm white fish fillets (4 oz each)
Directions

1For the corn salsa, boil, steam or microwave corn and beans until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain. Combine corn and beans in a medium bowl with remaining ingredients.

2For the fish, combine spices in a shallow bowl. Add fish; turn to coat fish in spice mixture.

3Heat an oiled grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Cook fish for 5 mins each side or until cooked through.

4Serve fish with corn salsa.
