- 1/2 Cup Blanched Slivered Almonds, Toasted

1Wash asparagus; cut into 1-inch diagonal slices.

2Heat butter in skillet; add asparagus and saute 3-4 minutes.

3Cover skillet and steam about 2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
