- 2 cups whole almonds
- 2 lbs white chocolate

1Heat the oven to 300°F.

2Spread the almonds in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

3Toast the almonds for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

4Remove from the oven and cool.

5You may want to remove the almonds and wipe the cookie sheet clean.

6Make sure that the almonds are spread evenly on the tray.

7Melt the white chocolate (a double boiler is best to avoid scorching).

8Pour the chocolate over the almonds.

9Chopsticks work well to spread the chocolate around without disturbing the almonds.

10Refrigerate until hard.

11Break into 2-3 inch pieces.
