- 2 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup unsalted slivered almonds
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a large bowl.

2Add eggs, oil, and water; mix well.

3Add almonds; mix well.

4Refrigerate dough until well chilled.

5Shape dough into 2-1/2 inch rolls.

6Place rolls on greased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.

7Brush dough with eggwhites and sprinkle with sugar.

8Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

9Cool throughly and slice into bars on the diagonal.
