Almond Brie Pie

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 lb. Brie cheese

Directions

    Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls to fit bottom of 9 or 10-inch pie pan, pressing seams closed.

    Roast almonds in margarine at 250° until light brown.

    Cut Brie and place in pie pan.
  4. 4
    Pour almonds and margarine over Brie.
  5. 5
    Cover with second package of crescent rolls.
  6. 6
    Trim edge of pie pan and decorate top with trimmings.

    Bake at 325° until light browned.

    Cool for 40 minutes before serving.

    Remove from pie pan to serving plate.
