- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 1/4 c. almond extract
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add sugar, oil, flour and baking powder; mix well. Add nuts and extract.

3Cover in bowl; refrigerate overnight. Take a handful and roll into logs.

4Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 350° until bottom is brown (approximately 20 minutes).

6Remove from oven; let cool a few minutes, then cut them diagonally and return to oven until light brown.

7Cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
